Blogroll Cleanup and Update

I have just gone through the blogroll and removed blogs that are inactive (more than 6 months since the last post), or which have been deleted. I updated a number of URLs as well.

If your blog was removed, and is still active, it was a mistake. Please let me know. A comment on this post will do.
